Homegrown Cream of Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

Homegrown Cream of Broccoli & Cauliflower Soup made with Almond Milk! I freeze some of my homegrown soups during the summer and have them all winter. Haven’t bought a can of soup in years! #farmtotable #eatingoutofthegarden #organicgardening #fresh herbs #broccoli #cauliflower #gloucesterma #organicgardeningrocks #neptunesharvest #youarewhatyoueat a few broccoli, 1/2 a cauliflower, 3 vidalia onions, fresh dill, rosemary, basil, parsley, Himalayan sea salt, 2 quarts chicken or vegetable broth, 2-3 c. Water, salt, 1-2 cups almond milk or cream. Sauté onions add veggies, stir, add herbs, add broth, add water – bring to a boil, use hand mixer or blender to emulsify. Do not overcook to retain beautiful green color. Store in Mason Jars in Frig or freeze in freezer bags for future use. I usually eat 1/2 now and freeze the other half! Happy gardening!
