Yoga Nidra Immersion – Dissolving the Light of the Central Channel into the Crown

This Yoga Nidra Meditation Immersion comes from and is inspired by the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, Verse 28

“Imagine the Sublest possible form of Prana as Rays of Light Shining Upward from the Root of the Central Channel and Peacefully Dissolving into the Highest Center above the Crown. Spacious Awareness Arises.”

This is an exercise from the Vijnana Bhairava, a 1000+ year old compendium of Meditation practices from Kashmir Shaivism. It is very important in both Tantric and Hatha Yoga to feel this line of connective energy from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. We tune into this Meditation during this Yoga Nidra Immersion Session.

The Benefits of Yoga Nidra: Relieves muscular, mental, and emotional tension such as stress and anxiety. Enhances memory, sleep, increased creativity, and energy levels. Helps with the function of your endocrine system and cultivates positive body awareness. Less to the whole restructuring of the Mind-Body-Spirit Balance within.
