I recently took Digital Level One: Journey Into Power with Baron Baptiste in Aug 2020. It was a transformative experience from a spare bedroom in my home. Even though I already teach several styles of Hot Yoga, Baron’s simplicity, intention, and dynamics were incredibly refreshing. It has uplifted my teaching style. So many Yoga Teachers and Yoga Practitioners get stuck in certain methods for years on end without ever asking themselves, why? Baron opens up the why? For you, on an internal level so you can transmit this awareness not only to yourself but to others. I met so many incredible people in the training and yes, it was all online. Highly recommend to Anyone!
