Melissa’s Yoga Classes Week of Sept 21 – Happy Fall!

The Autumn Season is upon us! Emily Bronte once wrote: “Every Leaf speaks bliss to me, fluttering from the Autumn Tree. If a year was tucked inside a clock, then, Autumn would be the magic hour”. Just like the rhythm of the seasons, you can feel your internal clock, especially if you have a regular Yoga Practice and you are constantly renewing yourself in your practice just like the seasons. No matter what your ability or age, yoga can increase your strength, flexibility, and mood, helping you to let go of things you no longer need, like the leaves on the trees. So if you are thinking of renewing your yoga or even if you have never tried it before, come in for the ultimate renewal and rejuvenation. Looking forward to teaching a few yoga classes this week and hope to see you there. @steamhousenh Candlelit Mon Night 4:30pm Hot Flow Vinyasa 6:15pm is “back” with Hot Express 60!
