Yoga is About Self Acceptance! North of Boston & Southern NH Practitioners, check out my classes in two studios!

As the leaves start to Fall, this a great time to practice letting go and self acceptance. Yoga is not about self improvement, losing weight, or changing your shape, although those things can happen. Yoga is a place to let what you no longer need, go, as in drop it off….making room for more self acceptance, more compassion, and more love within your own Being. Ask yourself, How Does Life Want to Live through Me?. The act of creating a Connected Synergy of Movement ( Postures and Vinyasa ), Focus( Drishti), Muscular locks ( Bhandha), Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation ( Dhyana) on your Inner Self, is how we can let life move through us with Vitality & Radiance. Get to Yoga Class with me to experience the integrating facets of Hot Hatha Yoga and Hot Vinyasa! Here are a few chances this week in two studios.
