We know how chaotic life is right now. We are here for you and want you to be able to practice regardless of what is going on.

Starting Monday we will be live steaming all classes in real time. If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms OR have an active cough, please stay home! We know you still need to practice so you can practice with us, via our private FB group in real time! 🙌🏼

Here is what we have planned and are actively doing to keep the inoculation curve as flat as possible:

✔️All students with an active cough/ cold or flu symptoms are required to avoid the studio and take class virtually until their symptoms subside and they are no longer contagious.

✔️All highly touched areas are being constantly wiped down before and after every class. All props and weights are being cleaned after every class and by our daily cleaning crew members.

✔️Starting Monday, March 16th we will no longer be providing straps and blocks as they are really difficult to sanitize well. Please bring in your own props if you like to use them in class.

✔️We encourage you to bring in your own yoga mat and towel. We are trying to limit the use of our rental mats as much as possible.

✔️Starting Monday, March 16th all classes will be live-streamed so those who are at risk or have been potentially exposed can practice and continue to be a part of the community, reduce their stress and stay healthy.
