
Low Carb Almond Flour Cinnamon Banana Walnut Bread 11g net carbs per slice Preheat Oven 350, Spray and Line Loaf Pan with parchment paper and coconut oil. Mix together 3 Sliced ripe bananas ( I used organic ), 3 free range eggs, 2 c. Almond Flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1.4 c. Melted Coconut oil, 1/2-3/4 c. Chopped walnuts, 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt ( a couple grinds) , 1 Tbsp. Vanilla, 1 heaping Tbsp. Swerve Brown Sugar. 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon. Pour into loaf pan and bake 55-60 min. You can pour half of batter in and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar in and then poor rest of batter on top so you have a line of cinnamon they the center. You can pull a knife they in a circular movement to make it swirly. Makes about 10 slices. Great Texture and Taste!
