Enjoy the practice of Point of Light Yoga Nidra in this 25 minute session. Find a quiet place to lie down on the floor or bed. You can also practice after a Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa session or even at the end of your day before bed time. Have a bolster or pillow handy to place under your knees and perhaps a blanket or shawl available to cover yourself. This will help to contain the Meditation energy of the Yoga Nidra Session.

The benefits of Yoga Nidra are known to help activate the relaxation response in your physical body as well as improve the functioning of your nervous and endocrine systems, which affects your hormones, endorphins, and immunity. Both Meditation and Yoga Nidra help your cells to regenerate and repair. This decreases any anxiety you have and improves your overall mood and life.
