Hi Melissa! Thanks for quickly shipping “Yoga Nidra Illuminated”. Your reference to Carl Jung (page 49) makes me ask, have you read “The Psychology of Kundalini Yoga, notes on a seminar given in 1932 by C. G. Jung” edited by Sonu Shamdasani? Chakras made no sense to me before I studied Jung’s comments regarding their psychic symbolism. Your book is a wonderful link to many deep references. It would be good to have a list of all the ones that you studied while developing your book. I’m slowly working my way through Wallis’ “Tantra Illuminated”.

I first became aquaintec with Saiva Tantra while residing in a Siddha Yoga Ashram where i studied Abinavagupta, Keshmaharaj, Shiva Sutras. I have studied with a long lust of teachers as well. You are on the right track with Christopher Wallis and Tantra Illuminated. I have studied with him for many years. I highly recommend you visit the website tantrailluminated.org . There is a 7 day free trial. Go on there and look at thise teachings and courses. Highly recommend you take a retreat with Hareesh as well. There is going to be one in California at Mt Madonna next April. There are Sat satsangs on Zoom and they are fantastic if you are interested in Saiva Tantra.
