Low Carb Pumpkin Walnut Almond Flour Cake with Homemade Whipped Cream. I made this with my Organic Homegrown Roasted Field Pumpkin Squash. Mix together 5 eggs, 11/4 c Almond Flour, Seasalt, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, 1 Teasp Baking Powder, 3/4 c Splenda Brown Sugar, 1 c Pumpkin ( you could use canned or your own roasted pumpkin) , 1 Tbsp Walnut Oil ( opt), 1/2 c chopped walnuts. Pour into paper lined cake pan sprayed with coconut oil spray. Bake 60 min preheated 325 degree oven.
