1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups blanched almond flour
1 1/4 cups Lilly’s chocolate chips
2/3 cup walnuts
Mix everything together and bake tablespoons full on parchment paper on a baking sheet 10-12 min 350 degree oven. Makes about 24 – 3” cookies
